What is Cannabis?
Cannabis is a natural plant with a rich tradition of use, both recreational and medicinal, that dates back some 12,000 years. Across cultures globally, this plant has provided healing, enhanced spirituality, and promoted social connection and intimacy. Cannabis was added to the US Pharmacopeia in 1850 where it was commonly used by physicians until it was outlawed in the 1930s. Today in California, we’re able to return to the historical practices that understood cannabis for its incredible social and physical benefits.
What are THC and CBD?
In cannabis, hundreds of active compounds called cannabinoids work in tandem to create the myriad beneficial effects that are associated with the plant. The two most important being Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and Cannabidiol (CBD). THC is often associated with the “high” feeling we experience with cannabis, whereas CBD is non-psychoactive and affects the nervous system to promote relaxation. CBD and THC work together to create an “entourage effect” that helps to elevate how we feel.
What are edibles?
Edibles are cannabis-infused food products that provide an alternative to smoking the plant. Our chocolates are infused with cannabis using advanced technological processes to ensure that each piece is precisely and delicately dosed. Our Chocolates
How are your chocolates made?
Our founder and head chef are classically trained in the best confectionary traditions with experience in several Michelin star restaurants. To Nick and Manuela, culinary creation is an art form. The style of chocolate we make is commonly referred to as a bonbon, consisting of an outer chocolate shell that is filled with ganache. We start by sourcing the finest ingredients—form chocholate, to fresh strawberries—from purveyors around the world and farms in our backyard. We fill each chocolate shell with ganache finish them with meticulously hand painted designs by our team, giving each flavor its own unique aesthetic and identity.
How is the cannabis incorporated?
While the art of confection drives our process in the kitchen, we also utilize advanced scientific methods to ensure consistency and purity of cannabinoid content. Our THC and CBD start with cannabis distillate, a product that takes cannabis oil and purifies it through controlled temperature and pressure to remove all fats, waxes, and excess plant compounds. From here, an emulsion is created so that the distillate is incorporated into our ganache with precision homogeneity and high bioavailability.
Are the products tested? How do you ensure product quality and consistency?
To ensure quality every step of the way, we test all products as they come into our facility and again as they leave. We test for pesticides, heavy metals, water activity, potency, microbials, and mycotoxins. We’re transparent and confident with our results. How do I store the products? What's the shelf life?
As with any other fine chocolate, we recommend you store your Cloud11 chocolates in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Once you receive your chocolates, we recommend you consume them within three weeks for the best flavor experience. Their shelf life is 90 days.
Can I have your products if I have a food allergy?

Are your products suitable if I'm pregnant?
We advise that if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should consult your physician before eating our chocolates.
The Experience
How should I approach the Cloud11 experience?
Our philosophy is that an edible experience should delight the senses. Our passion for the confectionary led us to create chocolates that are intentionally sized for more bites, and delicately dosed so that you can savor the chocolates without fear of being overwhelmed by cannabis. We know that every person is different and finding your Cloud11 requires your own journey. We offer two distinct dosages, both mild and gentle, so that you can explore without trepidation. If you’re unfamiliar with your preferred dose of cannabis, always remember to start with one and carve out some time to see how you feel.
What's the difference between your Less and More Dosages?
Our chocolates come in two dosages: Less and More. Less contains 2mg THC and 2mg CBD, whereas More contains 4mg THC and 4mg CBD. See our dosage page for more details.
How high will I get? And for how long?
Everyone’s experience will be different, depending on your mood, physical build, body chemistry, and what else you’ve eaten. It can take up to two hours for you to feel the psychoactive effects which can last anywhere between two to four hours.
How much should I consume?
Like all cannabis products, we recommend you start low and go slow to avoid any negative reactions. Start with one piece and take note of how it makes you feel. Wait at least an hour before you consume more as with edibles, the effects won’t be felt immediately.
Do you have cannabis-free items?
We believe that cannabis is an integral piece of the Cloud11 sensory experience. We do not offer any cannabis-free items. We’re always exploring new flavors and products so sign up to our newsletter to get the latest news.

Where can I purchase Cloud11? Is it available in stores?
Our priority is to provide you with the best possible experience. To that end, our products are only available to purchase via our Cloud11 website and hand-delivered to residents within the city of Los Angeles.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently offer delivery throughout the Los Angeles area. If you are in Los Angeles and don’t see your area listed e-mail concerige@findcloud11.com and we may be able to accommodate you. We currently deliver throughout Los Angeles and to Santa Monica, Venice, Marina Del Rey, West LA, Beverly Hills, Culver City, West Hollywood, Malibu, Calabassas, Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Toluca Lake, Studio City, DTLA, Silver Lake.
Can I ship?
Unfortunately, current laws forbid us from shipping cannabis via mail. Our dedication to quality means that we’d rather bring it direct to your door anyway.
How does delivery work?
Simply create an account on our website, choose your confections, and selectyour desired delivery date and time for white-glove delivery. We’ll deliver directly to you and take payment at the time of delivery. We currently can accept debit cards or cash only.Please note, that per state laws, the person who placed the order must also be the person to receive the order.
Why do I need to create an account?
Creating an account helps us to make your experience more tailored and seamless. Once you create your account you will only need to verify your identification once. It also allows us to find you more easily the next time you want to find your Cloud11.
