Cloud11 began as a series of culinary explorations aiming to crack the code of what makes the perfect edible experience. Founded by Nick Pritzker, a trained chef who spent time in some of the country’s top kitchens, he endeavored to combine haute confectionery with the technological advancements in cannabis infusion.

He found a kindred spirit in Chef Manuela Sanin. Fresh from leading the pastry program at Eleven Madison Park, she shared a commitment to expression, technique, and breaking boundaries. Dedicated to craft, they began to source only the finest quality ingredients, curating each flavor profile like a fine wine or a painter’s canvas.

By his own admission, Nick had some of the best experiences of his life with edibles, but also some of the worst. Rejecting the industry’s obsession with potency, he chose to prioritize control and consistency during the infusion process. By making each confection low dose, everyone can comfortably find their prefered level of elevation, every time.
